Cepas da Cuenga is located in a charming small town and offers a comfortable stay with several thoughtful amenities. The multi-step check-in process was somewhat confusing at first, but I was able to figure it out. The owners provided helpful pictures, videos, and a binder with clear instructions for using the kitchen appliances and air conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare several meals during our stay. However, there is no kitchen exhaust fan, so the smoke detector can be easily triggered while cooking. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked very well, while the unit in the living room was somewhat weak. The bathroom could use some improvements. A glass sliding door for the shower would help prevent water from getting onto the floor. There is also no bathroom exhaust fan, which causes the room to become very steamy and leaves the walls and floor wet. The included parking was a great amenity. It was convenient, secure, and added to the overall ease of our stay. Overall, Cepas da Cuenga is a charming property with helpful owners and convenient parking. With a few improvements to the ventilation and shower area, the accommodations would be even more comfortable.
