Property isn’t able to clean the bed sheets and towels. The property tried to get the money for washing . Never ever happened in 20 Years I traveled Not clean and not a nice welcome.

Check in was difficult at night and info re car parking not clear enough. However room was great value for money and rest of stay was good

I paid for a double deluxe suite with spa tub included and received a person shower that you squeezed into uncomfortably.

I could not recommend. Inconvenient check in system. You need to call a well-hidden number when you arrive to check in. I called repeatedly for about ten minutes before I received a message back. Had to fill in online form and photograph licence and credit card before they’d send someone down. Another ten minutes, a stranger comes up to me in the foyer and says to ‘follow’ him. He then gives me a key card for the room. Got upstairs to stained carpet, hair (not mine) all over the bathroom floor and a broken door to the balcony. Never again…
