Building Is old, drawer were very dirty toilets dirty bad small, bed with springs broken and very uncomfortable.

Hi I would like a refund as we couldn't get into the property and rang n no answer had to find another hotel ruined our weekend

It was mouldy all around the windows and in the shower room and the bed sheets were dirty they're covered with dirty all the quilt covers were dirty the mattress was all dirty yellow when they should have been white mattresses the cupboard door was hanging off and there was a hole in this ceiling
