Beautiful hotel, we loved out stay here , diner was great, food was lovely staff were great. Lovely birthday night away, we had breakfast in the morning was served by the amazing Maurice, couldn't do enough, my Hubby got a birthday cake with candle which was just lovely. We will definitely be back.

I’m a regular guest in Mollie’s and the hotel is improving each time I visit. The rooms are incredible and silent, which is a hell of an achievement. I’d recommend splashing out on the Studio rooms - you won’t regret it. With the Diner and Studio IV, it easy to spend a weekend in Mollie’s and not leave. The live music and DJ in Studio IV make it a must do. The Mollie’s team are an amazing bunch - it’s just too easy to book the next trip back before leaving. Keep it up guys!

The room was very comfortable & extremely clean. Super stylish bathroom! The staff were so helpful & very friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend Mollies without hesitation.

A great new hotel in central Manchester. Well laid out rooms with great beds & linens. Massive showers and super Cowshed Bathroom Amenities. Dyson Hairdryers and Straighteners. Plus good tea/coffee and access to a Boiling Water Tap on each floor, Friendly and helpful staff at Reception. Stylish Cocktail Lounge and Speakeasy Bar downstairs with live music. Diner with great comfort food and good cocktails. No parking at the hotel and the nearby NCP is expensive.

The property is very clean, and I like the style and design. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The water filling stations on every floor were very convenient. My only complaint is that the food at the diner is quite expensive.

Whole hotel has a lovely fresh relaxed vibe esp as it’s so new, very central, would definitely go back. Stylish and laid back. Minor niggles, bit of a drain smell in our bathroom, very little storage for clothes etc, Room’s not huge. Also room even on lowest temperature was a bit warm for me. Staff very accommodating- made a couple of advance requests, sorted without a quibble.
