Rooms were nice and clean, check in swift and staff friendly. Had the worst nights sleep of my life though. Had to move rooms at 12am as couldn’t get to sleep in my first room due to a constant drone sound from a pump in the building. Reception staff moved me immediately. Finally settled down in the new room only for the fire alarm to go off at 2am. I’m sure my experience would’ve been fine had it not been for those problems

We were there during the heatwave and got the last room. Unfortunatly the air condition didn't work = warm room but managable.

Tidy room. comfy bed, good en-suite, decent TV in room, good on-site parking. No lift, fairly steep stairs.

Room was ok and probably would stay again for the money I paid. However, my first night there I had no towels. I was told the bar would open at 6 so returned down to get myself a soft drink. They didn’t have any in the fridge so got the last one from the cupboard and it was warm. Google does say there is breakfast but there isn’t. The hot water also took ages. I nearly have up and was gonna report it as no hot water but thought I’d wait. And it eventually between 3 to 5 mins every time. The room needs a lot of tlc.

The place is convenient and clean but air conditioning is poor.

Everything was fine but the kettle in the room was all rusty and dirty on the outside.

Hotel rooms have been recently renovated

We needed a cheap stop over and price fitted , was once a best western group but now independent , looking tired , heating on full and no means of turning down had to you air conditioning which cannot be cost effective for the premises

Lit confortable, grand tv, thé et café,salle de bain bien équipée. Seul défauts : moquette tachée par endroits, fenêtre grand besoin d' être nettoyée

Comfortable stay in pleasant hotel. The surroundings are nice too.

Lovely and clean, very warm and cosy and the hotel staff were very pleasant. All this and incredible value too.

Good: easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Bad: no breakfast available, weak WiFi in bedroom, feels very dated and unloved as a property.

From the outside the hotel is starting to show its age but clearly there is refurbishment work ongoing. The public areas and rooms are spotless, well appointed and comfortable. The rooms are large and comfortable and we will use the hotel again
