Excellent, had a great stay. Staff were lovely

If you're debating whether to book this resort, just do it! My husband and I had an amazing stay. The room was incredibly luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the beautiful architecture and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. The staff were warm, attentive, and always more than happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the nightly turndown service, especially the thoughtful mini treats left in the room—it was such a lovely touch. The location is another big plus. It's just a short distance from Ubud Center, making it very convenient to explore the area's shops, restaurants, and attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at the resort. The spa was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more Western breakfast options, such as bacon and sausage. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
