Good location, nearby plenty of restaurants and shops. Well-furnished room with comfortable bed. Very good value!

I had a wonderful stay at Urban Yurt and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Almaty. The hotel has a very cool, modern, and cozy atmosphere, with a great coffee shop on the ground floor. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also really appreciated the free washing machines, which are a huge bonus for travelers on longer trips. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Arbat and many restaurants and shops. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, the rooms are surprisingly quiet once the windows are closed. What truly made my stay special, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially Kamel. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, storing my luggage for a day while I was on a tour and helping me arrange a private transfer to Kyrgyzstan. His support made my travels so much easier and stress-free. A fantastic place to stay in Almaty with great facilities, a perfect location, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

Central location walk to all major attractions. Room is clean and functional for all your needs. Manager/owner is warm and welcome, and happy to assist. I truely enjoyed my stay.
