The property itself is nice; however, we stayed on the lower level, and the guests upstairs were walking around late at night (past midnight) and early in the morning. The ceiling insulation is poor, which is a major drawback for the building. DO NOT BOOK A LOWER-LEVEL APARTMENT! Also, if you like using nightstand lamps, bring your own from home because the property does not provide them. The Keurig coffee maker was unusable because it was missing a piece, but the local maintenance team brought a new machine after I called customer service twice. Finally, the customer service through Property Valet (1-877-711-7829) is outsourced internationally and has clear limitations. They were not very helpful and made no effort to make us feel like valued customers. The property location is not premium, either. However, knowing what to expect, we might book here again in the future.
