The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and brand new. AC and fans are great. Showers and toiletries are great. However, it is a pity that the room reeked of sewage smells that made it hard to sleep at night. I find that this place has lots of potential but the negatives need some work.

La habitación que nos dieron en principio era muy pequeña y teniendo en cuenta que nos quedábamos varios días podían haberlo gestionado mejor. Pedimos el cambio a una mas grande sin problemas, por lo demás todo bien.
