여행일정 변경으로 2박을 1박으로 나누어 예약했어요. 배정 받은 방은 냉장고 문 hinge가 빠져 아이 발등을 찍었고, 베게중 하나는 주름이 가득한 사용한 베개여서 교체를 요구했어요. 수리는 밤이라 불가하고 다음 날인데 우리가 외출하고 아이 혼자 자고 있는 방에 무단으로 들어와서 수리를 했답니다. 분명히 우리가 외출후 돌아와서 알려준다고 했는데도 말이죠.

I liked that there was a side door entrance close to the elevators, made for way acess. I also liked that it had a back door exit to the reader parking lot which made it easy to load luggage on departure. However this door was meant as an exit only but i always found it ajar when i returned to the property which is a security issue for guests.

First impressions were disappointing. There were several issues with the room, including a safety concern, and it took multiple requests to resolve them. I hope the rest of our stay improves.

Fairly clean place, very friendly staff

The place is super clean, new and modern, the room was big, washroom was great, the view is nice,and bed is so comfortable. The staff is very friendly, the owners were so nice to us, and Hussain was very helpful.

Brand new hotel with great amenities and location!

Breakfast buffet selection was the same everyday … no variation. But the staff were very friendly … even the manager gave me free iced coffee and chocolate muffin one hot afternoon when the bar was still closed. Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. Walking distance to Wendys / Tim Hortons.

I booked on expedia and did not realize this booking did not include breakfast. Also the room was very small so I expect the good price was due to that. I will never book with Expedia again.

The hotel is quite clean and new. I thought there is a pool but indeed it has not. Overall the stay is not bad.

The room had a very strong chemical smell that I am allergic to and made me sick. We had to check out after 2 days. The staff was very helpful and refunded us the the cost of the 2 days we did not stay at the hotel.

The hotel location is ok. It's about 20 min to Mississauga. But it's better to stay in Markham area if you want to have more choices of restaurants. Although it's quite new, there is NO ceiling lights except some desk and floor lamps. Even with all lights are on, the room is very dark. During my stays, the TV in my room and the ice machine on 3rd floor is not working.
