Vietjet Air COVID-19 Test

COVID-19 Test Voucher is free until 31/03/2022.

1. Visit the Vietjet Air website to get your e-voucher.
   • After you book the COVID-19 Tests on booking page and your ticket has been issued, go to Vietjet Air website (click here). Then, input your reservation code (PNR) and passenger’s name for validating the PNR and its associated COVID-19 test.
2. Receive your COVID-19 test e-voucher.
   • After the passenger selects to receive, the system will send an e-voucher to the email registered within an hour. Please check your email inbox and make sure you have received the e-voucher. Your e-voucher is only issued once.
3. Book your COVID-19 test.
   • Book your COVID-19 test via Healthy Vietnam solution website (click here). Choose option "Booking test for aviation passenger." Then, select your testing location and schedule. Passengers are required to book COVID-19 test schedule before 5PM.
4. Take the test
   • VJ covid test is available in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
   • The working time of the Testing Center is from 07:00 am to 16:30 pm everyday.
   • Traveloka will only provide e-vouchers in accordance with Vietjet's regulations, However, customers need to comply with VNKM's testing time within the working hour from 07 am - 16:30 pm every day. (Traveloka will not be responsible for customers who book tickets close to departure time and outside VNKM's working hours that lead to not being able to use the service).
   • Please present at Test time in time, show your Test Registration Code and ID, make sure to follow the procedure at the test location.
   • Results will be updated via email/message or Test History section on VNKM after 15 - 30 minutes of testing. Please contact Healthy Vietnam directly via hotline 19006688 for more details (or contact Traveloka for further support) if you are waiting more than 30 minutes for your test result.

• Vietjet Air's COVID-19 test service is only available for passengers who have purchased a Vietjet Air’s flight ticket.
• Please contact us at least 9 hours before departure time to register the service
• Passengers are responsible for arranging their test schedules. Vietjet Air and Traveloka are not responsible if passengers fail to get the test result in time for their departure.
• Vietjet Air's COVID-19 test service is not refundable.
• Vietjet Air has the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• The covid test validity depends on airlines policy. Please refer more to Traveloka Safe Travel Page.
• Infant is not eligible for the free COVID-19 Test.
