Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.

très bon séjour , climatisation/chauffage un peu trop élevé mais supportable.Personnel adorable et à l’écoute nous a aidé trouver des solutions pour un problème technique .Je recommande

O quarto impecável, tudo muito limpo, equipe da recepção muito competentes. Excelente localização!!!

2 of my towels were stained and 1 was very worn you could almost see through it. I threw the stained ones on the bathroom floor immediately and then upon my return after lunch they had been refolded for use again… yuck! Shower drain was extremely slow and being a ground level shower the water overflowed out on to the tile. They stated they sent maintenance up to fix it while I was away but the same thing happened again. I left a day early and went to another hotel. The location is great, but all else was a turn off.

My impression is that the hotel had a recent renovation, the condition is excellent. It is a short walk from Andorra la Vella bus station

Very central location, excellent staff, hotel is spotlessly clean, would definitely stay again!

Initial room smelled like smoke..but then they changed our room and was normal

Needed to be a little better cleaned, smell of cigarettes would come in from the AC vents. Door key would stop working at random times.

Un personnel de qualite et une chambre très propre. Par contre c'est dommage de découvrir en arrivant que le parking coûte 18€ par jour ce qui n est pas précisé sur le site.

À part le petit déjeuner!! je trouve que cette hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.

Fuimos cuatro días de escapada en pareja. Elegimos este hotel cuatro estrellas, pero para nuestra sorpresa, cuando llegamos, es que la calidad de las habitaciones, es tipo pensión… no repetiremos aquí

Almost drove past it. It’s next to McDonald’s. Good location! The parking was tight and steep to get to.
