Small unit but comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Aren't soundproofed from othe units, but away feom the street sounds. Spoke with staff before arriving as had late arrival, accommadated easily.

The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience

Room had a cupboard door handing off its hinges (housekeeping must have seen it). Second room was tired, and could do with some "work".
More sadly, I left a document folder behind in the room (I then caught Ship to Tassie, and couldn't return), and no one even bothered to call to inform me. They asked for my number at check in.

Staff were lovely & offered early check in when I arrived to drop a bag off in the morning. Room was fine but heater wasn’t working so they gave me a small fan heater. Mattres was very old with big sagging dips on each side so I slept in the middle as was on my own. Convenient to town and gull

Room smelt,wasn’t clean or comfortable
Could not stay for the 2 nights we intended on staying for ,booked this place as it was close to the football but pictures weren’t what the place looked like ,it was rundown and when asked for refund we were told to cancel through Wotif and they’d give us half our money back but they then denied that and gave us nothing so would not recommend it to anyone ,so very disappointed ,but happy with the Rydges accomodation we proceeded to 100% everything we wanted

Good location and friendly price. It is an old property, need some renovations, as it has some wears and tears. Staff was friendly. It doesn't have shower gel, so you need to bring your own.

Spider webs hanging from ceiling and lamps. Carpet was grossly stained as well as the sofa. We just did not like to walk without shoes on this carpet and sit on the sofa.
