The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room is basic. Mould and cobwebs in the bathroom need to addressed. Could use a paint as the rooms have makes on the walls. Cheap price and good location

Overnight stay after arriving from a ferry trip. Met my expectations for such a need.

The room was old and felt like it could have been cleaner. The photos online definitely show it better than it was.

Small unit but comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Aren't soundproofed from othe units, but away feom the street sounds. Spoke with staff before arriving as had late arrival, accommadated easily.

Richt leider in den Zimmern. Wegen Check in haben wir keine Nachrichten bekommen, mussten anrufen was im Ausland nicht immer sehr leicht ist. Zimmer und Bad in Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber geputzt

Rooms are nice & clean, manager very helpful.

Room was clean but very outdated. Stairs to upstairs rooms closed one end. Meant all traffic one end. Bed was uncomfortable and very old. Missing cutlery tried to visit reception but closed early, tried to call no answer, but needed to call a mobile only if an emergency. The room near us had a room full of young men for a bucks night maybe, not sure. Were quiet noisy coming and going all night. Room was on the main road quiet noisy with sirens all night. Pool was dirty and untidy definitely not like what you see in the photos advertised. Not worth the money. Maybe a 2.5 or 3 star.

The breakfast menu was very basic so we went to a cafe. The room was clean but cobwebs and unclean curtains was not a good look.
