Excellent location with spectacular ocean views from small balcony
Recommend a high floor as road noise was loud at times on 5th

Great room, great amenities, great view. Very satisfied. Very friendly staff. Parking is tight, but usually found a spot, if not, can park easily in the street out front. Plenty of food around and supermarket very close. All round great place to stay.

Friendly, efficient staff at reception. Quick check in. Magnificent views. Parking at the rear of the building. Clean bedding with 2 pillow options.
Our room was tired and in need of a refurb. Bathroom doors falling to bits at the bottom with outdated furnishings. Indian Myna birds are nesting in holes in the patio with poo droppings signalling their presence.

Great view and location. Close to nice cafes and restaurants. Room was clean but could do with updating. Shower over bath, could at least do with regrouping as there is mould.
