酒店設施清潔齊全，交通方便，員工也很友善！唯隔音不佳，午夜及早上會被車聲、地盤聲吵醒

整潔度非常低，令住客皮膚敏感

大廳員工有會中文的。這次連續住多天，第三天才有打掃房間換毛巾那些。備品或是咖啡、洗碗精、洗衣粉不夠，可以跟大廳員工拿。

基本上生活配套還可以，露台斜對是 Sea Life, 樓下有幾間24小時小型超市，極為方便，去southern cross station 步行若8分鐘，可以乘搭免費tram.每三天才有house keeping 做清潔，毛巾/垃圾每天更換及清理，可以接受，備有洗衣機/乾衣機，並提供洗衣粉可用，若喜歡賭博，步行前往皇宮賭場只需约10分鐘左右，沿途夜景非常吸引，唯美中不足，樓下有 bar，音樂聲/喧嘩聲不絕，個人可接受。

The location is good. The room is nice. The kictchen is well equipped.

入住第一天到最候ㄧ天沒來打掃過。廁所衛生紙也不夠，感覺圖片跟現場有些落差，景觀是城市景，不過被左右兩邊建築物擋到。

客房整潔不俗，但當中廚具/電水壺有點污積，有待改善。另外 Room Service 不是每日一次，最多是 3 日次，大家要注意一下。 Apartment 設施較相片所見為舊。 Apartment 位置絕佳，鄰近南十字車站，方便往機場。另外，鄰近 DFO South Wharf Outlet 和 Spencer Outlet，方便喜歡 Shopping 人士。 不過 Apartment 並沒有內鎖，詢問了職員，該 Apartment 所有客房均不設內鎖，大家可以注意下。

酒店地點方便，位於免費電車站附近！附近有便利店及食物館，房間設備齊全，環境舒適！只是房間隔音一般，牙膏及牙刷需要自傋

Good location, near Southern Cross station. Nice room.

房間很大又安靜，洗衣機、烘衣機、曬衣架和陽台幫了我們很大的忙。 廚房設備很完善每種餐具都有3人份，唯一的缺點是沒有削皮刀，只好用刀子削水果皮。

The hotel is quite comfortable and is very convenient located near Southern Cross Station. However, one bad service ruined this hotel's reputation: When I checked in, I requested to have another room key and was charged AUS150 on my HK credit card for deposit. I did not realize that the hotel staff did charge me the AUS150 deposit although I have already returned the key while checking out. I wrote to the hotel staff and requested for a refund and was upset that it took a long time for them to process my request. The worst part is that I have reminded them multiple times that they have to aware the as my credit card bill is settled in HKD, they have to make sure that I won't suffer loss (because of the exchange rate difference) for the mistake they have made. Then I received my credit bill and found the AUD150 refund was made. Nonetheless, as the exchange rate of UAD dropped, I suffered a HKD50 loss. And by the way, the staff of this hotel, who responded to my email, are rather impolite. And they have yet apologize for the mistake they have made. And I am very disappointed.

交通方便：離南十字星車站很近徒步約10分鐘內可抵達，出去隔條街即可搭乘free tram。 整體的乾淨度不佳 地毯灰塵多 枕頭套上有髒污 冰箱內有污漬 兩個房間只有共用一台小客廳的冷氣 且入住的地址並非所顯示的住址 我們繞了好幾圈 問了附近店家才找到。

Very noisy!!! It held a party in next room until 1am. The phone number cannot contact to front desk. We went down three times to complain and settled in last time.

交通方便，由 Southern Cross Station 步行10分鐘左右就到，吾洗再搭接駁車。
