Friendly staff, great location

Location is great.

The most incredible view from the balcony! The city was all lit up with Christmas lights; it was spectacular!

The room was overall not clean, and the dirty glasses and full ashtray on the balcony was disgusting, we left early and only stayed the one night

Great little complex - very convenient location. Room was opp a bar so for noisy.

The entire apartment was filthy. The sheets had not been washed, food and dirty. Finger marks all over the fridge and light switches and glass table. Huge puddles of water on bathroom floor. When I spoke to receptionists both days they just said sorry I'll pass it on. No compensation for staying in filth. Would never go back and do not recommend. As well as no wifi or Internet, I'm sure a back packers would be more comfortable.

Clean room though carpet is very dirty. Furnishings need updating as worn and old. Staff were friendly and convenient location.

Very impressed- the room was a good size for the 4 of us with the 2 bedrooms spaced nicely apart so we didn't disturb the kids and they didn't disturb us. Although we didn't use it- there was a reasonable kitchen with everything that would be needed. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Balcony was a good size and facing the Yarra with good views of the activities going on there of an evening. Nearby to services and activities and a quick walk from the train. Also felt quite safe because of the process to get in the building. Would certainly consider staying again.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and our requests were met. The gym had decent weights in it and the staff just made our stay great. Highly recommend!!

We were happy with the apartment and the secure parking was excellent. We did find it a bit noisy with the tram and rail but it did not stop us getting a good nights sleep. We would definitely stay there again as it was so convenient to everywhere.

Staff was helpful. Room was good enough just for sleeping. Bed was too big for the room, where the door wouldn't close. Average experience

The room was great.Staff friendly and helpful and I was really impressed by them. Location is awesome. Only complaint was the street noise at times. Stayed on the 20th floor but in the bedroom at times was loud. But overall a great place to stay.

Cleanliness of room could definately be improved, still had previous guests hair caught in the drains. Table on balcony was wobbly- Cpuld not keep drinks on tablr.

Shower pressure was great but the shower head could not be fixed in position. (loose on the rail). Supposed to be a 2pm check in. Our room was not ready until 4pm which didn't give us much time to get ready for the event we were going to that evening. We were given a late checkout as compensation, but that was of no value as our flight was for 11am. A bit disappointed as I had stayed before and it was great so decided stay again. It's gone downhill from when it first opened
