This hotel has a nice character, is quiet, clean and the staff are friendly. It is convenient to Manuka and there are some restaurants and bars nearby. Parking is easy and free. We have stayed here several times and are always content here.

剛進到房間內，覺得很悶熱，把空調打開並把溫度調低，過了好久還是覺得房內很悶熱，傳簡訊給飯店，飯店人員很快的幫忙把問題解決了，雖然時間很晚，但飯店人員還是很親切的解決問題，非常謝謝他們幫忙，才有舒適的一晚。

Rooms are always clean, and the facilities are pretty good.
The young girl on reception with the piercing through the nose, similar to a cow, is a definite turn off, hence i did not stay later in the week.

Received a room upgrade which was very welcome. Unfortunately, room lacked convenient plugs for charging mobile devices. There were sufficient plugs but they were not close to the beds.
