Great hotel room for a basic stay. Great location in st kilda close enough to everything and parking included for $20 p/n

It exceeded our expectation. Fully renovated. Our room was clean and well presented. Free breakfast. Helpful staff. Car parking is challenging when you have a bigger car but we managed to park with no issues as we arrived early and not many cars at the car park.

To be honest, I don’t know why this hotel can be ranked as 4 stars. It’s like a 2/3 stars hotel. The hotel is old, the car park spaces are tight, insufficient lighting in the room and there is no lift.
The photos in Expedia are definitely after editing. I will not suggest this hotel to my friends.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were a little worried having read the reviews but we found our room to be ok. The bathroom however was a bit grimey and the shower head did not stand once the shower was turned on. The bed was comfortable, hairdryer was good as was the iron.
