This was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in and the cost was very reasonable. The facilities in our apartment were exceptional. decent kitchen facilities meant we could self cater very easily - it included a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The separate bedroom and bathroom was a real bonus and meant the whole areas was spacious. Alot better (and cheaper) than many Air BNB's we have stayed in. The views of the mountains were glorious as we were on the 6th floor. A truly beautiful location. Really friendly staff - helpful and thoughtful. We would recommend without hesitation and stay again if we were ever in Canberra again. The hotel is about a 20min walk to the shopping area which was fine for us as we love walking. 15 minute taxi drive from the airport. The only downside was that the space was so lovely and relaxing that we had to force ourselves outside to do the tourist venues such as the wonderful National Gallery of Australia.

The hotel was very clean and modern; would stay here if ever in Canberra again.
Getting around in a car was easy; directions and parking well signposted and parking at hotel was a bonus.

The overall service , amenities is good . We loved staying there . However i have found the cleaning should be improved. I have found hairs in bed cover , mugs and frypan has dust , and in toilet we found hair in multiple places. Overall we liked our stay .

Everything about this place is perfect. It’s incredibly quiet. The furnishings are terrific. Coffee machine is great. They’ve connected the TVs now to make them accessible for streaming services. The staff for amazing always. Parking is incredibly easy and that’s not the case across Canberra. It’s clean and very, very comfortable.

A beautiful easy place to stay with plenty of room. We had a ‘2 bedroom’ which was a 1 bedroom and a hotel room with a main thoroughfare which was super spacious, the beds were super comfy.
Breakfast is fantastic consistently topped up with cooked fresh items as it got low. We also got room service which was delicious. The location is a bit of a longer walk compared to others on Northbourne if you wanted to access the shopping centre but doable. Would stay here again and again.

This is hotel that I will definitely be coming back to. despite being on Northbourne Ave, it was quiet and comfrtable. Daily housekeeping was superb and if you don't have your room serviced there is a $10 credit that can be spent at the bar or the restaurant. Speaking of the bar there is a daily happy hour between 4:00 and 6:00 and the restaurant served great meals with the wait staff so helpful and friendly ensuring that my coeliac GF requirement was adhered to. Highly, highly recommend.
