Aircon controls on wall in room didn’t work. Drain in shower blocked and overflowed. Two meal options we ordered off the limited menu in restaurant weren’t available which was very disappointing, which made it extremely limited.

We stayed one night and did not order food. The room was lovely, big enough with nice seating for us to have a casual meal brought in, with family. The balcony was a bonus. It's wonderful to be able to open a door. Most importantly, the staff are fantastic.

No vodaphone reception in king lux rooms on 2nd floor.
When questioned what rooms I had previously stayed in(for room layout info) was asked if I was sure it was the Deco and not The Avenue. I have stayed there at least four times but they could not find me on their system. When it first opened,it was so fancy but it is starting to show its age.
