Budget property that was pleasantly surprising! Excellent space in a large room with a divider wall for child's side. Cooking facilities, pool was small but clean.
Garden around the pool could do with some love but served the purpose.
Overall great. The only property that kept prices down during the riverboat festival!

Room very outdated, unclean thick dust on cupboard areas. One wooden framed window with winding handle did not work and was termite eaten,falling apart. Carpet was well worn and dirty. Hot water sink tap in the ensuite came out dirty brown. In the booking it was stated rooms serviced but on two days room was not. No spare toilet paper at all in the room. Had to ask for a roll. On one occasion when room not serviced advised by office staff that cleaner was not coming in.
We had to ask for clean towels on two afternoons when returning to room. as they were notreplenished. The laundry and office was supposed to be open daily at 8:30 am I tried two mornings all locked up. Rang the office staff and only got voice message.

Key wouldn't work easily so they transferred us to another room. Quite old and yucky. Needs renovating. Did the job for an overnight trip, on our way north, but not impressed.
