Staff member polite n friendly Room clean n tidy

value for money and friendly staff

Room very outdated, unclean thick dust on cupboard areas. One wooden framed window with winding handle did not work and was termite eaten,falling apart. Carpet was well worn and dirty. Hot water sink tap in the ensuite came out dirty brown. In the booking it was stated rooms serviced but on two days room was not. No spare toilet paper at all in the room. Had to ask for a roll. On one occasion when room not serviced advised by office staff that cleaner was not coming in. We had to ask for clean towels on two afternoons when returning to room. as they were notreplenished. The laundry and office was supposed to be open daily at 8:30 am I tried two mornings all locked up. Rang the office staff and only got voice message.

Clean and tidy only draw back was the air freshener I am sensitive to strong perfumes and air fresheners.

Rooms clean and tidy but very old,needs a complete makeover.

The room was clean but very basic. Glad we didn't stay 2 nights. Was ok for the one night

Bed was roomy but hard. Electric blankets were handy for cool mornings.

Budget property that was pleasantly surprising! Excellent space in a large room with a divider wall for child's side. Cooking facilities, pool was small but clean. Garden around the pool could do with some love but served the purpose. Overall great. The only property that kept prices down during the riverboat festival!

Key wouldn't work easily so they transferred us to another room. Quite old and yucky. Needs renovating. Did the job for an overnight trip, on our way north, but not impressed.

It was a good/ average motel.

Although the family room was isolated from the rest of the rooms, which was great, and the staff were lovely. However, the door was very hard to open upon arrival, the beds were sagging, the tv was on wall above bench which could only be seen by whomever was in the queen bed. There was a couch next to the queen bed, but if you say there , you couldn’t see tv properly due to the bathroom wall in the way. All curtains were missing hooks and half hanging off. Walls were dirty in bathroom and the shower base drain which just a lid type thing siting on top of an open drain hole, was absolutely disgusting and loose. Very dangerous, a child could easily put their hand/arm down the drain hole. There was no where to put dishes when you had to wash them in the bathroom sink. I realise it’s only a 3 star hotel, but…

We were quite happy with value for money, staff ensured we had a clean comfortable room and amenities, everything worked and wasn*t stuffy at all

Super easy check-in, very friendly staff. The room was simple and clean and a nice view to a little garden area with birds. Pool was very nice too.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and all the necessities one needs all in one place. Perfect!
