Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed with good linen. Air conditioner and fan were running when we entered or room. So cool. Roomy for 2 people. Great kitchen. Easy walk to town and shops. Receptionist guided us to eateries across the road. With air con running did not hear the town noise. Did hear the rain. Innisfail is famous for its rain.

This bathroom had a terrible smell of fish. The door locks were flimsy and door chains were missing. No curtains or window coverings and you could see into the room through obscured glass when the lights were turned off. Fighting, shouting and broken glass noises from pub across the street. No parking spots in motel car park and had to park on street. Front door to motel left open and anyone could access from outside.
I felt unsafe, checked out at 8.30pm and didn’t stay. Motel owner refused to refund room fee.

Room was satisfactory, however, bed was very ordinary. The outside stairs were somewhat off putting and felt uncomfortable in the drizzly rain. The location was good for the meal at the pub across the road but was extremely noisey.
