Convenient location. But property needs improvement in all points. Very expensive for what it offers. Very disappointed

Personalet var direkte uhøflige, manglede imødekommenhed og var ubehøvlet. Ophold kan på ingen måde anbefales. Værelser mørke, ingen frisk luft, men vindue ud til et dystert badeland!

Long black hairs in my bath tub. Wierd vibrating coming from the cupboard like a phone. Was every 10 mins in the evening then through the night it woke me three times. I thought it was the aircon unit so switched this off well before going to bed. Looked in cupboard and its roof had big hole. Talked to staff in morning; the ‘handyman’ just screwed a board to the ceiling so once again the vibration was all night. No apology for lack of sleep. Just ‘oh I’ll sending someone up’. I did ask if the could wrap it do it diedjt vibrate in the wood. I could see in and the pipe was also dripping from the air con; next to the electrical wire. Food was excellent.

The ocean was visible from our room which was so nice, unfortunately the window/sliding door wasn't clean, and the patio furniture was also not clean, so we didn't sit outside. I was expecting a microwave but am okay that we didn't have one. The room was nice, the bathroom was lovely and clean, and we loved how nicely our room was cleaned each day. Parking was perfect and the staff were nice, especially in the restaurant. We will definitely reccomend and come back.

Mold in bathroom. Old uneven silastic repairs in shower. No complimentary water. Can buy small water for $6. No tissue’s. Dirty coffee cup left in room after cleaning. Very tired old hotel .would be an embarrassment for international visitors.

We had noisy guest neighbours, kids running up & down the corridor in the morning. Room had a distinct smell probably from bleach used for cleaning.

Carpet badly stained. Bed is old and worn out, springs makes it like a 2 level bed and uncomfortable. Toilet running continuously, shower moldy. Internet is shocking and very poor. Likewise TV connection keeps dropping out. Food was brilliant with good service!
