No house keeping, self serving hotel, small car parks, no free Wi-Fi, staffs are the only merit of this hotel.

給我們的房間濕氣重，冷氣和冰箱運轉聲音很吵，沒舖棉被，只舖了薄床單，也沒備用棉被，櫃台還需刷200澳幣預售權，退房時也不直接退刷，還需等5～7天才會退，除了地點好之外，入住整體經驗不好

The hotel was run down, dirty and horrible. Broken tiles and furniture in the room. No housekeeping the entire time I stayed. Really bad smell just outside my room and in the corridoor. Worse than backpackers but really expensive

A lovely 3 night stay. Parking was at times frustrating as the spaces are limited and you have to find a spot on the road. A few more bathroom hooks for hanging towels would be good.

Balcony was great only problem was pool wasn't heated and extra money for kitchen was too high.

Over $600 a night for adjoining connected rooms to enable 2x adults and 2x children is very expensive. Lobby, lifts and corridors had unpleasant cleaning smells. Rooms include dehumidifiers with water collection reservoir with clear instruction not to touch... but they need to be emptied daily. The pool looked pretty unappealing.

Great location

Location was convenient and walkable to restaurants, coastal walk, and marina. Rooms were generic, not noteworthy. We were on the third floor. Perhaps a room on a higher level might have made a bigger difference. Overall, the hotel is feeling a bit old and made for a fine, but unremarkable stay.

Conviently located to boats going to the reef. Everything in the hotel was clean. Also close to shops, markets, and cafes. A great place to stay.

Great location right in the cetre of all that is happening. Very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again when next in Cairns.

For a few extra dollars I can something much nicer and quieter

We always stay here in Mantra Trilogy. It's close to everything.

The hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Located on the Esplanade we could walk on the ocean front boardwalk for miles. Our view of the ocean from the room and balcony was spectacular.

コンドミニアムタイプの部屋に4泊泊まりましたが、食器や鍋などとてもきれいで、部屋も広く、リビングからの景色も良くて、最高の旅行になりました。 洗濯機や乾燥機が付いていることを知っていたので、服も最小限にできたり、食洗機もついていたので、食器洗いが楽でした。ただ、オーブンが利用できなかったところだけが難点。掃除はなしでしたが誰も部屋にはいることがない安心感と、タオルなどの交換は自由にさせてくれて、快適な旅行生活を送れました。また行きたいです。
