The staff were friendly and efficient.

Location was good, in the centre of commercial area, convenient for shopping and within a few min walk to China Town. Hotel staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat, got a fair city view. Like the separate clothing corner. Areas that can be improved: 1. The bed is smaller than expected. We booked an extra large bed but was only given a queen double bed 2. Only have air cooling system in-room. Lack of air-warming system. 3. The bathing room was only half-shielded, would cause considerable water spilling into the toilet

Room is spacious and they gave me the room though I checked in early in the morning after an overnight flight. Hotel location very convenient, a few min walk to free tram stop.

good location.....near the CBD...Chinatown....Park.....free tram station you can go through the CBD by free tram and walk through the Chinatown and around many small restaurant open til mid-night in Chinatown, you can find food either back late night and 7-11 just next to the hotel

Location is very suitably for city tour. Hotel service is very nice. But pool, SPA and gym is not as my expection to Marriott.

大廳接待人員態度很好，速度很快。飯店位置很方便。但客房陳舊，備品沒有拖鞋，牙刷只提供ㄧ份，也沒有浴帽，需要另外要求才提供。房內空調很吵。整體說來，與房價不符。

Good location and nice staff. But a bit pricey and Probably needs to be renovated soon

Just a bit far from CBD, but very close to Chinatown. Staffs are very helpful, and helped us to change old paper banknotes.

Very disappointed that house keeping was not up to the expected standard for the price! Coffee not replaced and cups not washed!

Did not sleep well. 3 nights. The bed was comfy but only a duvet so got hot and cold. Need sheets and a blanket. Stubbed my toes on a bed leg that was broken and sticking out sideways. No room heating, only cooling. Temperature display was defaulted to Fahrenheit. I had booked with breakfast included but on checkout the breakfast cost had been added in again so had to get that removed. Good job I looked closely at the bill. No ambience in the room and no view but I guess that is what to expect in inner city Breakfast was ok but no fried tomatoes and plates were pretty cold. Marmalade pot lids appeared superglued and almost impossible to open (Yarra Valley).

Housekeeping! Our regular housekeeper, a young Muslim woman, was a perfectionist day in and day out... This is an area of hotel operations that struggles to impress since staff turnovers are often high and there is a million details in each room, so very well done!! :)
