Convenient location yet not noisy. Overall upkeep of the hotel is good. Bathroom facility a bit basic and not what one would expect for a 4 star hotel.

Lobby and lift need renovation, good room service, clean, comfortable bed, tea coffee mug, sea vie window, breakfast excellent. Need deposite before chkin. Stay 6 nights

This is not Novotel ,because hotel staff all are lyer , they are not friendly and kindly. We booked double bed Room for my wife and me , because We check in later at 9:30 pm, the hotel alreay have not double room ,hotel staff give single room ,but they cheated us that is double room , We request until 12:30 am ,they give us add a extra bed. And this hotel is too Older and dirty , hotel staffy, Their name is Novotel but they are not,

Great location, friendly staff, large rooms and a nice breakfast. Hotel smelt of electrical or other type of recent fire, ceiling leaks in a few spots.

Room was not cleaned, I stayed two nights and the room didnt get cleaned after the first night either. TV not working.... Maybe I just had a bad day. I have stayed here before, the location is great and parking nearby, but the place is pretty run down and looking tired, this does not bother me, but just wanted a clean room.

Great place great people good response to a crisis.

Parking was reasonable, choice of underground/gated carpark at rear or paid parking on frontage. Breakfast was expensive but easily accessible due to time constraints. The staff did a grand job with dealing with an emergency(electrical fire), and secured alternative accommodation for the night

All in All a decent place to stay, had issue with room, but staff resolved it the next a.m. Hotel could use a make over. Overall looked a little tired.

One of the older hotels un Darwin but still one my favourites. We enjoyed a very relaxing confortable weekend, will be back soon.

Room we stayed was dated but everything was I. Working order and we only really slept in there. If we were after a resort style stay I wouldn’t recommend as it 100% needs a revamp, looking old bathroom had cracked tiles and smell of mould throughout hotel.

The room could be improved. Had cracks on the wall and when we entered the room had a funny smell. Otherwise, courteous staff.
