Warm welcome when check-in and paid a promotion price to get an upgrade (good view) with 2 Free buffet breakfast next door (not bad deal). Location is good, only 10 mins walk to QVM and 24hr convenient store just downstairs. Within 15 mins walk to south cross station to get SkyBus yo airport.

Good location with friendly staff, just opposite to Flagstaff station/garden, only a few minutes walk to the city centre, Queen Victoria Market and the waterfront/Crown. Room is large and comfortable with a balcony.

飯店直接說要住到七天才會打掃, 否則不管住幾晚都要自己丟毛巾在門口, 再到櫃台索取新毛巾, 但是櫃台毛巾又短缺要不到, 說要再人送到房間結果等一個小時都沒有人來, 打電話去櫃檯說要送去了, 然後再等半小時直接下去櫃檯發現在滑手機, 同時櫃台前面空無一人沒有在忙其他客人......感受很差, 出門一整天回來想沖個澡結果沒有毛巾空等一個半小時...浪費寶貴的旅行時間

Location is good, free tram zone downstairs. House keeping is far from satisfactory. The trash at the bathroom was not removed on my 1st day of arrival. Cleaned cup was still with my lipstick on on my 2nd night. There was NO telephone in my room, I had to go to the reception to fix the wifi which was not working in the room. We stayed on the 7th floor, but need to change lift on 3A floor before going to the 7th floor. The staff are helpful and friendly. Considering the cost of the room, the overall stay is average

The location is perfect; it only takes 5-to-10-minute walk to the hotel from Southern Cross Station. The hotel is near the CBD, which makes it especially convenient for shopping. (If you want to send postcards, a post office is nearby,too) The room is equipped with cookers and utensils; you can use them to cook your meal.

威廉姆街威橡酒店員工親切友善，房間寛敞，還有煮食爐具可以弄點早、午、晚餐，非常方便，酒店門口就有免費電車搭到城市景點，如再到墨爾本亦會再次入住。
