The facilities are well-maintained. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything functions well. The location is excellent, with major sights nearby, which is a significant advantage.

我们11点到达就让入住，房间空间足够。酒店可以步行到皇家植物园和环形码头等主要景点。早餐还可以。

Location is good, just walk around 10 minutes from circular quay train station,as there is an airport train.Room size is comfortable big, checked in on 13:30 they told me room is ready, That is wonderful, I can drop my luggage in room , start my traveling immediately. Happy day!

Clean room, friendly staff and working on water conservation. They provided us with two water bottles and two pieces of fruit. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very beautiful, spacious and organized.

The paradox was excellent, clean friendly, and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and have plenty of room and are well appointed.

Our family, consisting of two adults and two young children, recently had the pleasure of staying at your establishment. We found the entirety of our experience, from check-in to check-out, to be exceptional. The staff at the check-in desk and within the Lady Fairfax Room were consistently friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was impeccably clean, and both the room and bathroom offered ample space. Furthermore, the water pressure was notably excellent. It was my birthday weekend and the staff had gave us a complimentary champagne which was a nice gesture. However, we did encounter a minor challenge regarding the accessibility of the main entrance for prams. The absence of a ramp necessitated the use of a side wheelchair lift, which, while functional, required a key for operation. On most occasions, a staff member was readily available to assist us with the pram up and down the stairs. Nevertheless, on Saturday evening, around 8 PM, my husband returned to the hotel with both my children and waited approximately five minutes for assistance, but no staff member was visible. He then observed a staff member exiting the hotel who subsequently engaged with another arriving guest rather than offering assistance. My husband then requested help, explaining his wait. The staff member eventually assisted him but, regrettably, made a disparaging remark to another colleague about my husband being a "difficult customer" as he claimed he was very busy. Overall it was a great experience

The room was large and beautiful, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The swimming pool, gym and changing rooms were wonderful. We enjoyed it so much we've already returned!
