庞特山春丘公寓酒店

Firstly, the check-in experience was very bad, the pictures didn't match the actual room and the room smelled strongly of bad perfume; secondly, my deposit still hasn't been refunded from the time I ended my order; thirdly, I paid for two days' parking but I wasn't refunded for the second day's parking. I booked a total of two days but on the first day of my stay I asked the front desk for a refund for the second day. The receptionist that night was for a lady and she was very nice in resolving the issue for me and told me that I could check out the next day and return the deposit. However, when I made the check out the next morning, the man at the front desk not only told me that I could not check out, but after I informed him of yesterday's situation, he said the F word while communicating with the previous lady, which I thought was not only rude, but at the same time told me that Expedia cancelled my check out request. However, Expedia did not cancel it and still received a refund afterwards, this staff member lied to me. Also, because I didn't check in the next day, my parking fees, were not returned to me. I will not recommend this hotel as this man staff had a poor attitude and was not willing to solve the problem for the customer.

隔音非常的差

lack of manpower. room was not tidy up every day. hotel bike is free and a front desk employee was very helpful and friendly.

離中央車站近，小山坡上，女生推行李有點吃力，出飯店右前方有家印度餐廳還不錯

They have very nice stuffs.

很好、很有家的感覺。距離city 要走大概15分鐘左右。整體是不錯。reception 沒有24小時，是有一點美中不足的。

Clean and tidy

房間很乾淨很棒，櫃臺人員也很客氣。飯店位置離中央車站和市區都不遠，只是處在上坡區，第一天要拉行李去飯店時累了點。房間內有廚房對帶小孩的我們能很方便的幫小朋友準備食物。房間內的插座每個都有一個省電開關，這讓我們帶去的其中一個萬用插座無法使用，整體來說，是個會讓人推薦的飯店。

交通便利

From the minute we arrived till we leave, everything went really well! Staff is friendly and helpful, location is easy enough to get around the city! Bed is so comfy, even have dishwasher there! Area is quite! What a getaway from busy city!

A little bit uphill and car park is expensive. Others are very good, good value, comfortable and room is quite spacious.

Everything is okay except location. Steep road to climb for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Nice experience in this hotel which is near the town. Very clean and comfort. The staff are helpful. There are also a restaurant under the hotel which is good.

在澳洲住过的酒店当中算便宜的，但是房间也相对很小，清洁度觉得一般，有灰尘。门口check in的胖大叔态度很亲切。酒店属于半自助式，基本看不到服务人员。

離市中心很近，交通便利，還有室內停車位，房間很大很乾淨，整體來說很棒。

it is near the central station, easy to the CBD(queen street). A big room which includes a small kitchen. You can buy food and cook them yourself. But the bed is TOO soft and it makes my back feel pain after a sleep. Also , no free wifi in the room.

在商务区，正好双休日住宿，比较安静。离中心商业街不远

房間乾淨舒適,廚房及各項設備皆有,很適合2天以上的旅遊住宿,只可惜到比較熱鬧的地方都需要走比較遠的路,整體來說很棒.

酒店整體非常乾淨整潔, 只是late check-in 較為麻煩, 服務櫃台已關閉, 需要在酒店門外的電話聯絡服務員...然後領保險箱密碼, 以拿取房間門卡

It's a really nice,clean and modern hotel. The front desk is friendly and have patience. The location is nearly the Queen mall, just walk for 10 min.
