房間太狹窄

Stayed in a twin room at the corner. Room is small with a tiny bathroom. A bit disappointed.

The hot water in shower just lasted for about 15 minutes. The free wifi is limited to 500Mb a day. The attitude of the staff was fair, except one staff named Chris. Chris is very friendly and helpful to provide us with a solution when there was a problem with the shower and we hoped to moved to a upper floor room from the ground floor one. Chris is patient, kind and passionate to serve us, with very welcoming attitude.

It is good for traveller

Reception好nice,有唔明都好仔細解釋，間單人房都幾大，有廚房有露台，附近環境都幾靜,又乾淨，浴室都乾淨，整體很好，很值得選擇！

Car Park is too far away.

大致整體很乾淨，有小廚房方便煮食，但離商店與city有點距離

Very nice and clear

Pros: • genuinely soundproof rooms; we never heard so much as a whisper through the walls or outside the room • excellent water pressure in the bathroom/sinks, and hot water pretty much on demand, without any need to wait for a boiler to heat it or tanks to refill • decent free wi-fi. We weren't trying to do anything too exciting on it — casting from a phone was a bit patchy — but it worked perfectly for both general trip research and 30-minute video calls. • location. Obviously, the location is very convenient! There're many tram stops around, the CBD is a short walk away, and there's also a Woolworths Metro with decent hours literally just across the road. Very close to the Queen Vic Markets, and it's easy to walk home from the CBD. Cons: • cleanliness was the biggest issue during our stay. The room had apparently been cleaned, but not very well, as we found a spider living happily in a web woven between one of the pillows and the wall, a live cockroach in the wardrobe, and a discarded sauce container out on the balcony. • the design and layout of the room, as is the case in many of these serviced apartments, generates a bit of head-scratching. Why did someone decide to install the toilet roll holder at such an angle that reaching for it inevitably knocks the toilet paper to the ground?

Clean but very small

The price is very reasonable for the facilities in the room (it has a full kitchen). The staff were extremely helpful and courteous as well. The location is quiet, yet still convenient to reach all the attractions in downtown Melbourne.

Bed was clean and comfy, fridge was cold and was a nice surprise! More than enough towels and toilet paper roll was new, quiet place with an easy check in. No complaints here!

Check-in was easy and very friendly. Room smelled musty and is tired - needs a refresh! Alright for a short overnight but not for longer stay.

Although small the room was tidy and well equiped. Beds were very confortable. Great access to city and hospitals. Very friendly and helpful service.

Convenient

Didn’t really get to interact with any staff. When I got to my room there was no toilet paper and no staff to ask for some as I searched front desk and all could not find anyone. The room did smell like mice as we walked in. But after airing it out it smelt better. Shower door did not close all the way properly.

Room was so dirty and had a horrible smell, they obviously were aware because balcony door was left open to air it out

The room was a bit tired and could do with a freshen up but it was at least clean and tidy, good location with Tram outside. Staff friendly and helpful.
