1) We have several occasions to book hotel rooms through the hotel.com web page. We have the experience that the quality of hotel rooms are lower if we book rooms through hotel.com. For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. This is the first time that gave us such impression but we always have that impression. 2) We called to the front desk staff stating that we would like to borrow scissors. The staff replied that she could borrow it to us but stating that there is no manpower to deliver the scissors to our room and she could not leave the front desk because she was on duty at that time. In turn, she requested us to go to the front desk to collect the scissors by ourselves. However, after we have finished the conversation with the front desk staff, my daughter immediately went to the front desk to collect the scissors but nobody was there at that time. My daughter has waited there for five minutes but still cannot see the front desk staff.

We had a 7 day stay we came for our daughter's Wedding - check in was easy, reception staff were lovely and helpful but when it came to our room it didn't take long before we were started to wonder as to when it was last cleaned?? everywhere we looked in our room it was covered in dust - skirting boards, top of fridge every piece of artwork, top of our bed, all around the toilet, we had cobwebs above our curtains, and the dryer filter was full. Our air conditioners weren't cooling the room properly we got told just to turn them down but on further inspection aircon filters were blocked full of dust. I spoke to the 2IC on Sun re: our concerns about our room (except for the aircons this we learnt at a later stage) We were given 2 options 1. They would do a thorough clean of the room the next day or 2. we could leave and go somewhere else; we told them that we would talk about it and let them know our decision the next morning. Our decision was to stay and for them to thoroughly clean the room. We left early the next morning off to do wedding shopping on our return the room had been made up but none of our room concerns had been done. I guess l had insulted them asking for a duster? no duster just both Managers. The manager seemed upset with us and made us feel bad for our complaint l explained our house isn't this unclean. And it wasn't just our room, the passageway just as dirty got told my room is my only concern. We left a day earlier with nothing from them,

The room smelt stale. Had to leave the sliding door open to air it out.

The staff at The Quest Campbelltown are always fabulous to deal with and that is why we stay with the Hotel several times a year for many years! The Quest at Campbelltown never disappoints!

Spacious apartment with ample room for all guests. Breakfast included in the dining room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to freeway and train station, especially when you want to spend one day in your to QLD Or Victoria!

Staff are lovely, room very clean and well appointed. Handy location with food outlets. Would have liked a couple of blankets available.

Nice kitchen however not knowing the breakfast options were closed for 5 days left us ill prepared for self care as groceries and full breakfast prep were not part of our plans. Also NO healthy options nearby! Small refrigerator could not accommodate anyone for a days groceries breakfast items! REFUND/DISCOUNT ? Contractually they dropped the ball and shrugged their shoulders! Never mind the TV didn’t work! Quest …, can do better!
