Shout out to the reception staff who were all lovely and the cleaning crew. Probably one of the cleanest properties Ive ever stayed in. Property was in a great location for us, walking distance to the train station and the Quay. The area does get a bit rough after dark especially on weekends though, as it does in any city. The immediate area around the property is a little rough looking with boarded up empty buildings, but walking along Murray street is fine. My only suggestion is to bring earplugs because i could hear everything in the apartment above me, every time the tap was turned on, when the toilet was flushed, when the guests walked around. The street noise on weekends is loud as well. The apartments are serviced however it should be noted are not serviced on a sunday and public holidays, which for us meant we only had one service but the price isnt adjusted because of this unfortunately.

妻と息子と3人で利用させていただきました。 アパートメントタイプなので、施設内にレストランやジムなどを求める向きには選択肢となり得ないですが、必要最低限のロビー、フロント、特に3〜4人で2ベッドルームに広いリビングと台所のあるいわゆるコンドミニアム的な宿泊先を求める利用者には最高の選択肢のひとつとなるでしょう。 なにせ、いびきが大きい人間と別の部屋が良いが、2部屋別々に予約するのはコスパが悪いと考えた我々にとっては、願ってもないレイアウトです。 建物自体は年数なりの古さは感じられるものの、部屋やロビーの清掃が行き届いていて清潔感がありました。 街のど真ん中ではありませんが、パース駅まで歩いて10分少々の程よく離れた感じが喧騒を感じさせず、遅くまで開いているコンビニが近くにあり、Woolworthsやcolesなどのスーパー含め街の主要な訪問先は徒歩圏内でアクセス可能。また、この街にはCATという無料バスの素晴らしいインフラがあるため、移動に対するハードルが一気に下がることも特筆できます。 しいて気になる点と言えば、この施設は主要な通りの交差点にあるため、朝7時ごろになると行き交う車両の音で目が覚め、早く活動を始めるよう促されます。それも、この街の清々しい朝を散歩しないのはもったいない、街行く人々と共にコーヒーショップに並び、最高の一杯とともに歩くのは至高のひと時となるでしょう。夜遅くなると人通りが少なめになるので、早目に戻って部屋を満喫し、明日に備えましょう。 最後に、フロントのスタッフも皆さん親切で、とてもフレンドリーな日本人の女性スタッフが1人シフトに入っておられ、日本語でいろいろな情報が得られるという大きなメリットがこの施設にあるということをお知らせしておきたいと思います。

Easy walk to all activities we were doing. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Clean room and bathroom well stocked. No view from the room but we were not there long enough to be concerned. Many buildings near by closed and full of graffiti which makes the area less desirable but in time when the buildings around are redeveloped it will improve. Minor negative was only one pillow per person so no pillows to place against headboard to sit up in bed. Perhaps this will change soon. Otherwise a very pleasant stay
