Very clean and very comfortable bed

We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!

Pet froendly nice environment. However the door locker to enter was very hard to open. The handle of a sauce pan needed to be screewed back. Very dangerous. The key bosrd numbers to enter the boomgate were hsrdly visible.

Not too bad for a pet friendly cabin

Loved the glamping tent. Falling asleep to the sound of the surf was just what I needed. Although the park was busy it was still peaceful

The tiny house was very clean. Everything modern inside. In general the whole camp outside was well maintained and clean. 5 stars.

We had a cabin, no dishwash supplied other than that everything was fine.

We stayed in the glamping tent, and came for a weekend with extended family and we rented 5 in a row. Had the best time. Such an amazing location, stepping out to the lake and the beach. The staff are friendly, tent immaculate and will be back again!

Room was excellent with great views. Staff were helpful. No undue noise in the park.

Everything was excellent!

The cabin was clean and tidy and well resourced, especially catering for a small dog that was amazing...best service also with all the staff. Great location also close to the beach and lake was also great best trip ever thank you Reflections lennox heads family also had a great stay for those couple of days.

Location is nice and close to beach and shops but the standard cabin we stayed in was drity old and unsafe! The bricks/ paving in front of front door and veranda were uplifted by the roots of an old tree nearby by up to 9cm high and gaps of up to 3cm. I had so many ear falls in the 3x days were there. Husband had to clean the floors in the cabin as it was disgusting to walk on. Friends stayed in simular cabins and were not impressed either . Prices are extremely expensive for such poor quality rundown cabins.

Firstly, the room was nothing like the pictures when we booked, you could not swing a cat, no balcony or anywhere to sit outside. The jug had to be held down to boil. Mattress on the bottom bunk was uncomfortable and old as you could feel the boards underneath. The toilet bowl was badly marked at the bottom and when I tried to clean with toilet brush the brush was that old it would not work. Ants were in the sink the first night on also on the front door and walls, I sprayed they did not come back. The socket on the front door was loose and the door would not close properly, I used a screwdriver to tighten but was rusted out, you had to fiscally pull it back and close door with door handle open then let go and it worked.
