Bed is comfortable and clean but too far from subway station

Great hotel in CBD district, close to everything, will back again

Very nice hotel with good quality service prodided. Locate in good district close to everything, will stay again.

The King size bed was actually just two single beds put together so it was very uncomfortable in the middle. The room’s window was inward facing so the window was directly facing the elevator and walkways. This means the blinds has to be down the whole time. The room was also on top of the restaurant and bar on the ground floor. So it was extremely noisy until like 11pm. When asked about a room change, the staff responded “that’s just the room you book and there is not much we can do”, while the listing did not mention the “combined” single beds or the inward facing windows. Def not worth the price for such poor environment and the staff attitude.

Nice hotel with great service

In general, it is an ideal place to stay. The room is clean, the facilities are new, and it's quiet. the breakfast is OK and the staffs are friendly.

初めてのパースなので土地勘はなかったですが、クチコミを見てホテルの周りの環境と利便性がよさそうなこと、お部屋が広くてバスタブ付きも選べること、PC作業がしやすそうな机と椅子があることなどを踏まえて、こちらのホテルを選びました。 評判通りで、とても快適に過ごせましたので、次回パースを訪れる際にもまた利用したいと思います。 フロントだけでなく、朝食会場のカフェやパブ、廊下やエレベーターで会う方が皆さんにこやかで、気持ちよく過ごせました。カフェで一番よく顔を合わせた店員さんが、すぐに飲み物の好みを覚えてくれたのも嬉しかったです。 朝食はメインのメニューと飲み物を1つずつ選べます。食事の量が多めですが、お願いすれば持ち帰り用の箱に詰めてくれますので、安心して食べたいものを注文できました。 場所は繁華街から少し外れたところで、静かでした。10-15分ほど歩けば観光地や文化施設、公園など色々なところに行けますし、無料で乗れるRED CATがすぐ隣のビルに止まりますので、歩くのが面倒になっても大丈夫だと思います。 他の方のクチコミにあったアメニティ等の補充や清掃について、日によって完璧な日もあれば、何かが足りない日もあったりでしたが、それがまた面白く、毎日夕方部屋に戻って、まずは足りないものがないか確認するようにしました。足りないものがあれば、フロントかハウスキーピングに電話すればすぐに持ってきてもらえます。 お水は一度だけ補充されたことがありましたが、本来は1泊目のみの提供のようなので、スーパーマーケットで買って帰るようにしていました。 Wi-Fiは無料で提供されていますがLower Speedsとの表示で、高速Wi-Fiは10ドルです。無料のWi-Fiしか使いませんでしたが、オンライン会議は問題なし、シェアポ上のファイル操作はややもっさり気味でした。こちらのホテルが明示しているだけで、他のホテルも変わらないかもしれませんが、心配な方は日本から海外用Wi-Fiを持って行った方が良いかもしれません。

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable

Unfortunately, I got an interior room, the window of the room faced the patio and reception, the toilet seat was broken, the leather of the sofa was torn, there were 2 single beds pushed together so it was impossible to sleep in the center - the hotel with its rating and score attracted us, we were 5 different people for business purposes, everyone came out very disappointed. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it since the hotel was full - there may be more reasonable rooms, but the rooms through a third party are probably the worst by default. I have never been to a hotel with a score of 9 and above and been disappointed as I was here.

Good location. Rooms were very clean and staff were very hospitable and friendly. The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel had amazing food and worth the visit. The pub attached to the hotel was also very good and had a great vibe.

Overall a good stay with some standout positives, but a few avoidable frustrations. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and overall presentation of the hotel was solid. The restaurant was excellent - easily one of the highlights of the stay with great food and a very good experience. Staff were generally polite and helpful, however communication could be improved. There were some language barriers with a few team members, which made resolving a simple issue more difficult than it should have been. One example - the bedside power points weren’t working, and it took around 36 hours and multiple conversations with different staff to find out they were controlled by a separate switch. There was no signage or information provided about this, and it wasn’t explained until the third or fourth person I spoke to. A small detail, but frustrating and easily avoidable. In summary: a comfortable stay with a great restaurant, but clearer communication and better in-room information would significantly improve the experience for future guests.

Love how the front office is manned 24/7. Very nice looking hotel.

良かった点 ・室内は非常に清潔感があり２日間気持ちよく過ごせた ・受付スタッフはチェックイン時や依頼事に親切かつスピーディーに対応いただきました ・パース駅からも徒歩10分圏内であるとともに無料のCATバスのいくつかのLineが乗れるので非常に便利出会った 改善したら良いと思った点 ・チェックイン時にバスローブが設置されてなく持ってきていただいたが、しわくちゃで使用しなかった ・部屋に時計がなく都度スマホで時間を確認した ・ウオーターを毎日補充いただくと更に良かったと感じました
