莱卡特街山脊公寓式酒店

We felt comfortable and relaxed during nine day stay. The environment is quiet. Although the location is situated in Spring Hill, it takes only 10 mins walking to the City - Central Station and King George Square.

The original room has unworkable tv and stove, wifi is unstable. Luckily the helpful staff let us to switch room. The facilities is fair, no housekeeping service so need to keep neat and clean yourself.

酒店較偏，要上很多長的斜路，但酒店內的設施不錯。 到購物地方/最近的火車站大約走10分鐘路程，附近有便利店或coffee shop。

I had a wonderful good time

The first room was good but the tv was not functioning properly. The second room was substandard. Finally the third room was adequate. Not much in the way of kitchen equipment. Quite noisy

Upgraded to nicer apartment after plumbing issues but while the new room had water, the shower didnt have hot water. The staff were lovely though.

Staff here are awesome, love the rooms, close to city, Highly recommend!!

Checking in.... there was clear parking for where to park on check in. I had to phone them to find out where to park and come in for check in. The room decor was old. Thankfully Everything was clean, but old and dated. All timber chipboard cupboards were chipped and worn and doors didn't close properly. The bed was hollowed and sunken.... like it's the old original mattress from when it opened. Yes luckily the sheets and towels were clean. The curtains were hanging off the rails. The bathroom door for some reason was locked? I had to get a knife out of the draw to undo the lock. The bathroom needs to be completely re-tiled... tiles and grouting are damaged and black mouldy looking. The tap covers were loose and black and mouldy behind them. It was easy access to the city so that was the good thing about my stay. The allocated parking is best for smaller cars. The place could use some TLC and a bit of a make over.... it looks nothing like the photos on the Web site.

Nice place to stay

Stayed there for 2 weeks, it's a pretty good hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The shower could have been cleaner but overall it was definitely worth the money. The staff were really nice.

The property was clean. Kitchen had enough utensils and it was spacious. Got what I asked for. They had 2 sachets of dishwashing. It was not very comfortable to use but quantity wise it was enough for me as I was not cooking regularly. But for someone cooking regularly they may need to buy more. Mini shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Enough towels. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no hand wash in the bathroom. I think it would have been helpful if I had known what items I will be provided in terms of cooking(dishwashing liquid) , bathroom utilities( shampoo and other) so I would have been prepared. But overall it was a good experience and I would love to stay there again.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel was in an amazing location close to everything. Room was perfect size and what we needed.

No mention of where the carpark was located and entry codes. 2nd bathroom was average. Shower head and hose needs replacing

Lovely staff, amazing apartment

Room & kitchen was clean & well maintained. Staff were helpful after we had a toilet seat issue. We changed rooms. Secure parking was good although a little difficult to get to.

Makkari oli ihan ok. Paitsi vaatenaulakon peiliovet olivat epäkunnossa. Huomautuksen jälkeen korjattiin, mutta ovi putosi kannattimiltaan ja nojasi loppuajan makkarin seinää vasten. Olohuoneen sisustus oli askeettinen: ruokapöytä, kolme huojuvaa tuoli ja nahkasohva, jonka edessä pikkuruinen matala pöytä. Huone oli tosi iso. Siellä olisi voinut järjestää vaikka tanssit. Astiat: kaksi eriparia olevaa lasia, 2 veistä, 2 haarukkaa, 2 lusikkaa, tylsä leipäveitsi, 2 kulhoa, kaksi matalaa lautasta. Pesukone ok. Sijaitsi tosin risojen, lahojen ovien takana. Koko paikka kaipaa hienoista tason nostoa ja paikkojen huoltoa. Yöpaikkana ihan ok. Siellähän käydään vain nukkumassa. Tein puutteista suullisen raportin. Mitään ei vielä taphtunut kuin lähdimme pois.
