Bluestone bar and kitchen was superb. Great food and reasonably priced. Breakfast was equally good. It was Disappointing that the bar and restaurant was closed on Sunday evening.
Everything else as expected.

I travel a lot throughout Australia. The Sebel in Launceston has, by far, the best customer service of any place I have stayed in over the past eighteen months. All staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. It is clear through their interactions with guests that they really do want you to have a great stay.

Location is good, u can get to the main area for coffee, food or stuffs. Also just 15mins walk to some fancy restaurants at the park or pier.
Also multiple entry sel-parking is good and easy for just Aud8 per day
Other then that I have no other comment except the staff there could be happier or friendlier.
