My parents really enjoyed their stay. Very comfortable, clean and the hotel is in a great location in the city.

Room was clean and a perfect size. Was great to have a gym on site and be super close to everything. Front desk staff were professional and made everything easy for us after long travel.

Very convenient location if you want a beautiful view of the harbour without the crowds. Short walks to train stations or easy to catch a bus. Good restaurants nearby, and a grocery across the side street by the hotel. Harbourview room is clean and spacious. Liked it so much, booked it again for our return to Sydney in another week.

Great location for city access or Oxford street about a 10 minute walk. Perfect location for East Sydney Private hospital, literally cross the street. Room was good, nice views over the city, beds comfortable. Bathrooms clean but aging a bit. Would stay here again.

Two night stop here before travelling to a wedding. Great location near the park and the room was big and equipped, fridge, desk and chairs and a large window with a nice view of the city on the 22nd floor. The bathroom did need a bit of an update and fixtures didn’t match the quality of the room. Air con was working but not very powerful and noisy. Gym was also lacking equipment and very few free weights.
