我們住3/F 沒lift，只能拿著行李箱上去. 員工也有幫忙。

Great location, very near to the restaurants, balcony overlooking the beach. Most importantly the manager was the most caring and helpful hotel manager we have encountered in our many years of traveling. Because our own mistake, our itinerary was off by one day, which affected our hotel arrangements. She was very understanding and graciously offered accommodation, and even helped to contact the next hotel in our itinerary for new arrangement. Before getting off duty, she came to our room to ensure we were fine with everything.

Such a beautiful place. I had a seaview room. A few steps access the beach. The area is quiet can convenience. The room is clean and comfort. Highly recommend for a relax holiday. Will come back surely.

ok, close to the beach. However, temperature of water during bathing is not stable

雖然有點貴，但近海邊。晚上可以看到月亮在海上升起。附近有哥爾夫球場、十分便宜。還可免費洗衣。 It is a bit expensive but near the coast. You can see the moon raise from the sea. There is a Golf site nearby and you can play at low price. Also, it has free laundary services.

The motel is located aside the beach in Swansea. Very good beach view is in front of the window of the room. Free parking is available. As Swansea is not a big site, popular restauants may not be found. You can enjoy very great star view at night. As visitors with large baggages, no lift makes difficult to move our baggage to second floor of motel.

i am very satisfy with the room have balcony and the bathroom with a moveable shower head and heater.

bed lamp cannot been switched on. Wifi cannot been accessed due to bandwidth not enough, too narrow

Relaxing sea view. We walked on the beach with kids. Clean and tidy room. Kids loved the bunk bed. Nice and helpful staff.

Lovely spot. Got a free upgrade to a waterfront room, employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. Yes, the room was outdated but thats the charm of the place. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, and a great espresso machine in the rooms with local coffee pods. We had dinner at their restaurant - amazing food and service. Incredible unique menu using local food and produce with an amazing ambience. You can not find this at a Hilton nor a Marriot. Could not recommend The Waterloo Hotel more. Not to mention Swansea is a sweet little town on the water with great coffee and an epic nine hole course.

This hotel is in a good position however it is extremely extremely old and outdated. One of the reasons I booked was it has a restaurant/bar onsite. What they don’t tell you is that it’s only open Saturday and Sunday. We ended up going to IGA for something to put in the microwave. No breakfast available either. I would suggest staying up the other end of town near the tavern that serves food. A lot of the food places close at 3pm in town

A plug point next to the bed would have been lovely. Everything else was great. The sea view from balcony was very relaxing.
