Overall is good, front desk staff are helpful, location is excellent, the facilities are clean and room is spacious. Only a few disappointments like when my stay nearly come to an end ( something like the 9th night out of 12 nights stay)and the body wash went out... the housekeeping staff seemed just put water into the bottle. Sometimes housing keeping staff didn't clean up my room, once I left the room in noon and came back at 11pm, and the room is untouched. However, it's still a nice place to stay and I am willing to visit this hotel again.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from Subiaco train station. A really modern, fresh and welcoming reception area. Friendly staff throughout my stay. Room was very spacious, clean and modern. Dual aspect windows made the room feel light and airy. Pool and restaurant on the 9th floor give nice views over the surrounding area. Breakfast up there is a great way to start the day and the poached eggs on sourdough is the best!

Great hotel, in a good location. Train stop isnt far away, which we used. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Underground parking was a good option too.

Rooftop bar closed to hotels guests friday lunch till 5pm then from 11am till close due to functions

Parking was easy to organise on arrival and not expensive at all ! Was able to be checked into the room early thanks to the wonderful reception and house keeping team :) Only a few minutes walk to train station and plenty of cute coffee spots in walking distance Rooftop pool was so amazing with a nice view . Thanks for our wonderful stay !

Room 222. - could do with a deep clean, move the furniture and hoover. Shower unit could also do with a deep clean. Toilet needs a deep clean around the rim. Bathroom mirror lights not working Only one saucer on tea tray. Staff courteous and helpful

From check-in the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. As always one has to be lucky to get a car par space under the building as demand is greater than supply. New and modern but the owners need not have skimped on the furnishing and fittings. Some things felt flimsy or cheap and the caulking in the shower are already mouldy.

Staff were truly so helpful, just every bump I ran into for this holiday, the staff were able to help with immediately and it was just altogether a great experience

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. Location could not have been any better.
