Our stay wasnt pleasent considering i was planning on booking for a few nights each fortnight for 4 months while im helping with Zambi and fernhill . Ok so 5 dead cockroaches on the floor . Hole in the floor entering the bathroom . Foot nearly go's through . Carpet stops from falling right through . Carpet disgusting . Lift broken . Our room was boiling hot in the attic and couldnt open the window . Shower door doesnt open properly . Very dangerous being glass . Not what i expected at all for the price i paid for 3 people for 3 nights . Hopefully you can improve my accomodation so i can come back soon . Regards Corrina Duke

This is my third time staying here, while the first 2 times I had no complaints, this time there were no amenities- no kettle, tea, or coffee.When I enquired about this I was told they do not supply this anymore. I bought a coffee in the evening from the petrol station across the road. I had to leave to get to the airport early the next morning and had to start my day with no coffee! Next time I’ll just stay in Penrith.

Rooms were great, food was terrific

Anne was fabulous made sure everything went well on the day/night would definitely stay there again

Aircon didnt work. Was 30° in the room, and we had to reprogram the remote to even work the aircon which automatically turned off after 20-30 mins all the time....was given a fan to help. But it didnt really. Windows were broken and needed to be propped up to stay open. Didnt see a bar fridge. Wont stay again

Support staff was terrible. Not even basic water bottles in the room . No breakfast options. When i booked i paid extra for a mountain view room and the room that was given to us was a terrible car garage facing room. Support staff was terrible and unprofessional and had no clue about anything.

la présence de punaises de lit dans la première chambre. On a procédé à un changement de chambre mais là, j'avais une sorte de ver qui se déplaçait sur le lit. J,ai été incapable de dormir en lien avec la chaleur suffocante dans la chambre: l'air climatisé était défectueux dans toutes les chambres.

The hotel is what you get for the price. However, after booking and paying for the room on this app I was asked to pay again for the room at reception. I had to then spend 5 minutes producing a receipt number to evidence that I had infact paid. I felt like it was almost insinuated that I was trying to rip them off and arriving at 4.50pm was an inconvenience.

adequate for what it is. Staff were good, building is in a bit of a sorry state!

Check in was difficult and would recommend you have your receipt if paying online as they dont get that confirmation. Also when i stayed the lift was broken so if you cant do stairs call beforehand as was told it was being fixed. Also shower looks like the water will flow put the door and while it comes close it didn't. On a good note the bed was incredibly comfortable with heaps of pillows and the ac was amazing

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpfull. New owners had only just taken over and have lots of minor repairs to do

The time I stayed, the day manager ( sorry forget her name) bar staff were all "O" 4 awesome, helpful, engaging, and most importantly took time out to ensure you were welcomed.... The bistro "O" 4 awesome, beautifully selection of food on the menu and service very helpful to ensure you are happy and content with your meal.... The rooms are basic and I was happy with the my room, a room to lay my head as I was in Wallacia on a golf tournament "2025 Cook Islands Golf Masters" BUT Overal "O"4 awesome 👌

The staff were very pleasant. The room didnt smell, the sheets were clean, and the cost was affordable. There’s a sizeable beer garden/bistro out the back, which seems a resent-ish addition, this is where the main entrance is.. out the back. You CANNOT enter via the front of the building. There is no reception desk, you will need to ask bar staff to help you check in. The room is showing signs of needing renovation once again. There is a window in the Shower (which is a bit weird for starters) and the wooden window frame has swollen to the extent that it is pulling away from its surrounds. Elsewhere there is peeling paint on the walls, substantial scuff marks on all the furniture. ..but as I said, it’s cheap, doesn’t smell bad, and the sheets were clean.

Parking was just an open carpark. The rooms very very dirty. Eztremely old. Carpets disgusting everywhere. Water leaking from shower out to carpet. Rotten timbers everwhere around door. Smelt.

Lovely room, gr8 staff, gr8 food! Very comfortable!😁
