Rooms dirty and dusty. Beds ok, pillows terrible.
Water temp and pressure great, but bathroom lacked air ventilation. Had mold.

Perfect location! A quick walk to all the restaurants and shops but just outside so it was quieter. We had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. The staff was so warm and welcoming and the room was wonderful. We had such a great experience here.

Lovely corner room with stunning views, and the room was comfortable and clean. Nice location only 5 minute walk to the old town. Came for a Christmas market and they had 7 on the go. We visited the two in old town that may have been the biggest we have ever seen. They go to town on celebrating Christmas!
Tip: try top of Innsbruck. Great lunch and amazing views. The rooftop bar and restaurant are nice but when busy you can go ages without being presented a waiter. We chose to leave after 50 minutes of being promised. We went elsewhere instead.
That was the only disappointment and not a major one at that. Recommend the friendly staff in reception and the hotel does what it can to make your stay a lovely one
