Crazy stunning of the view!!!

落地窗看出去是美麗的阿爾卑斯山，景色太棒了！免費提供的香檳很好喝，晚餐的牛排很棒，早餐也好吃，一切都很讚！

Good location! Walking to the Innsbruck main station is just in a minute! It also has a good-viewing restaurant located in the top of building.

整片落地窗，view很好，但是空調有等於沒有，很弱，廁所更有一股屎味，揮之不去，感受很差

By checkout the price of the whole accommodation was not clear, need to clarify again with the staff at front desk. Location is good! Parking cost 20+ Euro extra

景觀非常棒，房間空間大又漂亮，住起來很舒服，位置又在火車站旁，離主要景點都在走路可到距離

Perfect location, view, room except for breakfast and the service at the restaurant. I would try to stay at another hotel when I come here for the Christmas Market in the future.

Room is big, view is great, feel comfortable. Room cleaning had a little defect, sometimes forget to give new coffee or tea bag. Staffs are really nice fand friendly.

飯店位於火車站旁邊，步行到舊城區也只需要約十分鐘。房間乾淨寬敞，可遠眺阿爾卑斯山的美景；位在頂樓的餐廳景色更佳，早餐也很美味。工作人員很親切友善。之後若有機會造訪此地會想再住這間飯店。

Amazing view, great decor, staff were friendly

Lovely corner room with stunning views, and the room was comfortable and clean. Nice location only 5 minute walk to the old town. Came for a Christmas market and they had 7 on the go. We visited the two in old town that may have been the biggest we have ever seen. They go to town on celebrating Christmas! Tip: try top of Innsbruck. Great lunch and amazing views. The rooftop bar and restaurant are nice but when busy you can go ages without being presented a waiter. We chose to leave after 50 minutes of being promised. We went elsewhere instead. That was the only disappointment and not a major one at that. Recommend the friendly staff in reception and the hotel does what it can to make your stay a lovely one

Très bel hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses et qui offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville et la montagne. Le rooftop est très agréable et les petits déjeuner sont bons.

Hotel poco distante dal centro città, vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria. Scarsa la pulizia, stanze con arredamento vecchio e danneggiato, letto e cuscini scomodissimi, insonorizzazione pessima (l’incessante rumore di treni era fastidiosissimo). Buono il servizio bar e ristorante, ottima la vista, buona la qualità del cibo, scarsa la varietà del menu. Prezzo qualità non idoneo.

Hotel muito bonito, quartos e café da manhã excelente. Vista para as montanhas ponto forte.

I booked a Superior Room for a better Alps view and requested a room not facing the train station and early check-in in advance. I understand these requests aren’t guaranteed, but I would appreciate to received a reply. The room was nice, but it faced the train station and train noise was noticeable. The view included both the Alps and the station. Had I known, I would have booked a Classic Room at a lower price, as the experience would have been similar. Staff was polite but impersonal and kind of disconnected from guests. Location is convenient, though the surrounding area was not the cleanest.
