落地窗看出去是美麗的阿爾卑斯山，景色太棒了！免費提供的香檳很好喝，晚餐的牛排很棒，早餐也好吃，一切都很讚！

Good location! Walking to the Innsbruck main station is just in a minute! It also has a good-viewing restaurant located in the top of building.

整片落地窗，view很好，但是空調有等於沒有，很弱，廁所更有一股屎味，揮之不去，感受很差

By checkout the price of the whole accommodation was not clear, need to clarify again with the staff at front desk. Location is good! Parking cost 20+ Euro extra

景觀非常棒，房間空間大又漂亮，住起來很舒服，位置又在火車站旁，離主要景點都在走路可到距離

Perfect location, view, room except for breakfast and the service at the restaurant. I would try to stay at another hotel when I come here for the Christmas Market in the future.

Room is big, view is great, feel comfortable. Room cleaning had a little defect, sometimes forget to give new coffee or tea bag. Staffs are really nice fand friendly.

飯店位於火車站旁邊，步行到舊城區也只需要約十分鐘。房間乾淨寬敞，可遠眺阿爾卑斯山的美景；位在頂樓的餐廳景色更佳，早餐也很美味。工作人員很親切友善。之後若有機會造訪此地會想再住這間飯店。

離車站很近，附近機能很好，有超市也有咖啡廳，房間乾淨整潔，視野很好，晚上從12樓餐廳可欣賞到美麗的夜景

Beautiful hotel & great service but nothing can beat that VIEW! Hard to want to leave the room.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Amazing restaurant and roof top bar. Great walking distance train station and old town. I would definitely recommend and stay there again

The mountain view room was absolutely amazing!! The rooftop bar was great but unfortunately it was closed when we tried to go back and watch the sunset. We slept with the curtains open and we did get a beautiful sunrise to wake by. The breakfast was also one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts that I have had. Nice spread.

Stayed a week. Room was partially dusted when checked-in. After three days I had to ask for a proper cleaning with dusting and vacuuming as it was difficult to sleep there. It was not possible to open windows. It was the dustiest hotel I have ever stayed. Staff was helpful in general. mountain view is lovely. Breakfast was extremely expensive therefore skipped. Some days after coming back to room, despite the regular room service, toilet was smelly, I didn't understand why. There was train sounds in the night and early morning. I used the room mainly for sleeping because of full-day meetings. It was not worth the money paid.

Fantastic views!!! The staff were all very helpful and extremely friendly. The bar area and breakfast were laid out nicely with great views. The view from our room was breathtaking!

We stayed only one night since we were on our way to Vienna. Very comfortable and the bar with balcony overlooking the city was relaxing and fun :)

Very close to the main train station and easy walking distance to Old Town and Maria Theresa Strasse (shopping snd restaurants). Rooms are on the 7 - 10th floors so you have a nice view of the city.

Good hotel, great location & view, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed. Unfortunately cleaning was not good enough (dirty mirrors, dusty/stained surfaces). Furthermore, upon arrival we discovered that soap dispenser was empty. Next morning we left a note for cleaning to refill, before we left to explore the city, but it was not done. At the end we have asked reception, and they have refilled it right away.

The view from the rooms here is truly amazing and a reason to stay on their own. However the service is also friendly and efficient and another great reason to stay. It’s an easy walk to most of the main attractions and you’re also near to the train station.
