The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to public transport. The lobby is clean, light and airy. The room is quiet, tidy and clean but quite basic when it comes to amenities. There is an air conditioner, a flat screen TV and a hairdryer but no mini safe, minibar or an electric water kettle. Rebecca at the reception helped us check in quick and easy on the first day. She was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Rebecca is without doubt the best we have experienced at Hotel Calmo.

Happy staying at Arthotel ANA Katharina during my trip to Vienna, Austria. Staff are nice, helpful; Easy access to public traffic; Good breakfast and coffee. Would stay again and would recommend to friends if going to Vienna.

Great stay for two nights - ideal location - thanks for the tea making facilities but could you include coffee in the selection for those who don’t drink tea !!

Clean room, friendly staff, good transportation link to the city. Breakfast could be improved, but acceptable for the room rate.

The noise level is something impossible to fix due to the location. But otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Einfaches Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für uns recht gut gelegen, etwas laut, da Tram direkt am Hotel vorbei fährt (Ohrenstöpsel waren beigelegt). Nettes Personal. Wir waren wiederholt dort.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weil der Hotelparkplatz belgt war hat uns die Rezeptionistin ein günstiges Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke empfohlen.

Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend auf Wünsche wird umgehend eingegangen. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum Straßenbahn und U-Bahn sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahren gekommen aber dennoch sauber

Stay was fine. Toilet grossed me out.

The building and the room was a bit worn and the WiFi was too slow/ not working, it was small flies coming from the drainage at the bathroom, and the air condition had a leak, and made sounds as the drops occasionally fell on the floor.

Great Stay at Hotel Calmo! Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and engaging staff. Good breakfast buffet. The area convenient to public transportation.

So incredibly hot, rooms had almost nothing in them, the beds were so poorly made and covered neither of us felt clean, plus they felt cheap and stale. We couldn't hardly sleep. Room had AC that didn't actually cool the room, only the area by the doorway. We left and went to another hotel because it was ruining our trip.
