Very clean bed/bathroom. It was cold outside but the room was nice and cozy. Pillows were a bit soft and flat, But the reception quickly sorted that out and delivered more to our door. Larger than normal fridge, which was a plus.

We booked a Junior Suite as travelling with children and wanted space and a door between the rooms. Space was great, a nice size and great for kids. Hotel staff were friendly, and hotel is in a great location, few minutes walk to station and 5-10 mins to the old town

The hotel is actually kinda old. We booked for 2 people room but finally they offer us a 3 person room which is kind of strange. Space are wasted for the extra bed.

I've loved this hotel for some years and it's now had a refit and is even better. Very comfy beds, excellent sound and light proofing. Nice shower and good WiFi. Nice breakfast with excellent coffee. Lovely staff. Mountain view. 2 minutes walk from the main station. In house restaurant is relatively expensive for Innsbruck but the food is excellent. I'll be back.

Sehr schönes, traditionsreiches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und sehr hilfsbereitem Personal. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Hervorragende Küche im Restaurant am Abend mit super Service. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne Zimmer mit kleinen Mängeln. Ich komme gerne wieder!
