Pros: 1.Great location, close to Centraal Station (5min walk), assessable to the commercial street with plenty of restaurants cafes and shops, and even attractions such as Cathedral of Our Lady, Sint-Pauluskerk and the MAS museum (20min walk). 2.Clean room. I like the timber flooring which is clean and easier to maintain than carpet, 3. Comfy mattress 4. Great Breakfast Cons: Minimal provisions inside the room, user unfriendly design : 1. Inadequate hooks, ledge or shelf in both bathroom and guest room to stove our own accessories such as make up, shavers, jackets etc 2. ⁠only one very soft pillow and is uncomfortable for sleeping, 3. ⁠Shower floor is very slippery, pls be mindful. 4. ⁠no fridge in room 5. ⁠no cups provided for drinking, you need to upto 6/F to get them. A lot of guests take these cups to their room. 6. The security touch pad system in my opinion is not ideal, it should be installed inside the lifts instead of the main entrance door bcoz anyone can sneak in when someone exit/enter the hotel anyway. 7. The bathroom door stop is a disaster, I kicked it accidentally a few times and my toe was hurt. 8. The check in time is rather slow, we could not have our room at 3pm and need to wait till 5pm.

The room is quite large and comfortable! It also has luggage storage service. Highly recommended!!

Great hotel, quiet and clean. Only complain is the doors are badly designed, I could hear door slams very easily, they should install noise cancelling frames.

The hotel is in an excellent location, few minutes walk from the train station and close to the main attractions. The property is well maintained, clean and welcoming.Our room was small, but practical.Beautiful view on the street side rooms.The reception is on the 6th floor with the reception and breakfast area and a terrace. Luggage lockers are also available for no extra charge. Highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel was clean and well maintained with a restaurant and free coffee/tea for guests. My room and bathroom were small but just fine. For the price, it was good.

部屋は清潔ですが、設備が何もない。小さい冷蔵庫もなく、セキュリティボックスも部屋に無い。 ドライヤーも壊れてるのに取り替えてくれないし、部屋も変えてくれない。 他の部屋のドライヤー見てくると言ったまま何の音沙汰もなく4日過ぎました。 立地も悪くないしドリンクバーもあってよいところもあるけれど、もう泊まることはないです。

Naast de goede kamer en het fijne ontbijt was het ook fijn dat er lockers waren waarin je de bagage kwijt kon.

This hotel was underwhelming. Staff were polite and the hotel was clean but our room was incredibly small, and very bland. I was not expecting the room to be anything special but it was still disappointing overall. On the plus side, the hotel is within walking distance of the train station, without being too noisy, and you can get free tea, coffee and hot chocolate any time from the lobby, which slightly makes up for not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Bra Hotel i centralt läge nära till centralstationen. Nära till judiska kvarteren där alla juvelerarbutikerna finns och gågata med alla affärer Reception på översta våningen där även frukosten serverades vilken var bra fanns allt vad man behöver. Gratis kaffe hela dygnet vid reception.

Breakfast/reception area with coffee bar was an amazing place. Great place for coffee and getting together. Room was clean and a good size .

Absolutely fantastic property and nicely located a short walk from central station. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

La camera pulita e in ordine, la colazione al sesto piano con vista sulla città, il personale disponibile ed efficiente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

A nice spacious, modern room, a short walk from the station, 15 minutes walk to the main centre/grote market (tip, buy a pass for minutes with Bolt for an escooter, it can be ridden on the road to the right of the property, taking you straight to the centre, and you can use it to explore further away places like MAS, Zuid etc). Friendly staff, the free coffee, nice terrace in the bar and the €5 voucher for not having the room cleaned was a nice touch. I had to fix the shower seal to stop the water from leaking onto the floor, and I felt the A/C wasnt working as well as I hoped. Would stay here again in Antwerp
