Verzorgd en schoon hotel, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt

Clean room, spacious bathroom. The room itself was not the largest, but perfectly fine for us. There is a bar upstairs where you can purchase a drink, or you can make your own hot drink using the coffee machine/tea facilities in the upstairs area near reception. The place seemed to be very conscious of the environment, and even rewarded you for being so (e.g. skipping the clean). Would definitely stay here again.

All I really did was check in, left to explore the city, sleep a few hours and then left. It was a decent spot to rest my head.

kamer was proper, wel gordijn deels van rail. is doorgegeven. vroegen een 2de kussen, na amper 30 minuten waren ze er al. Heel warm op de kamer, ondanks airco niet fris te krijgen en dan maar venster open gezet. ontbijt is basic maar lekker.

La réception au dernier etage au lieu d’être à l'entree donne un effet froid et distant. C’est un choix de l'entreprise, certes, mais cela ne nous plait pas. Nous avons voulu prendre un café dans la chambre: obligés de laver tasse et cuillère avec saletées incrustées!

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding hotel is dik inorde. Speciale pluim voor het ontbijt verzorgende en opruimende personeel erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is overigens niet gratis zoals veronderstelt word in dit kto. Mvg Rob

Wonderful place and great location. Close to the station and walkable to tourist spots and food. You need to stay here!

A decent and functional place commensurate with what you pay. No frills no pleasant or unpleasant surprises which is fine for travelers not looking for extras. Price for the breakfast is high for what they go e you. You could do better going to the grocery store right next door for your basic needs.

Hotel is five minutes' walk from Antwerp Central station with plenty of varied restaurants nearby; and it is at the end of the Meir (main shopping street), close to the old town.

Pros: 1.Great location, close to Centraal Station (5min walk), assessable to the commercial street with plenty of restaurants cafes and shops, and even attractions such as Cathedral of Our Lady, Sint-Pauluskerk and the MAS museum (20min walk). 2.Clean room. I like the timber flooring which is clean and easier to maintain than carpet, 3. Comfy mattress 4. Great Breakfast Cons: Minimal provisions inside the room, user unfriendly design : 1. Inadequate hooks, ledge or shelf in both bathroom and guest room to stove our own accessories such as make up, shavers, jackets etc 2. ⁠only one very soft pillow and is uncomfortable for sleeping, 3. ⁠Shower floor is very slippery, pls be mindful. 4. ⁠no fridge in room 5. ⁠no cups provided for drinking, you need to upto 6/F to get them. A lot of guests take these cups to their room. 6. The security touch pad system in my opinion is not ideal, it should be installed inside the lifts instead of the main entrance door bcoz anyone can sneak in when someone exit/enter the hotel anyway. 7. The bathroom door stop is a disaster, I kicked it accidentally a few times and my toe was hurt. 8. The check in time is rather slow, we could not have our room at 3pm and need to wait till 5pm.

Centraal gelegen hotel, met vele winkels in de buurt, en op loopafstand van het centraal station. Nette kamer en behulpzaam personeel.
