L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait pour nous. Le personnel de l'accueil était très sympathique, surtout ceux du soir. Chambre propre et la literie est de très bonne qualité!

Hotel pulito con possibilità di prendere facilmente i mezzi vicino. Dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva esclusivamente acqua fredda, per il resto la camera era soddisfacente. Spiacevole inconveniente avevo prenotato una camera doppia superior e ci è stata data a nostra insaputa una camera mini con parecchia polvere, fatto presente alla reception ci hanno cambiato camera. Colazione buona ma limitata prettamente dolce, niente salumi. Nel complesso adatto per un soggiorno breve a Bruxelles

Le seul probleme fut que le parking soit payant en plus du prix de la chambre 25€ par jour et je n’etais pas au courant on ne me l’a pas dis clairement sur le site quand j’ai fais la reservation et j’au donc du deboutser 75€ en plus du prix ! Ils m’in offert un petit dejeuner a 18€ … sinon bon hotel

Le personnel d'accueil est très bien, courtois, souriant, la chambre très propre. Il manquait juste du lait dans la machine de l'étage, dommage je souhaitais un capuccino.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I will definitely return.

What an excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and I have never stayed in a hotel so clean throughout. Considering it is near a bus road our room was very quiet. There is a kitchenette available on each floor with a drinks machine, water fountain, fridge and microwave. Hot drinks are also freely available from the machines in the bar. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of food available in a pleasant atmosphere. Guests are asked to removed their own plates from the tables once finished. Additional hotel facilities include a garden, cinema room and gym. We visited two local restaurants during our visit: Manhattn’s burgers and Pizza la Toscana. I would recommend both. We visited in December and it is a long walk (approx 30 mins) to the Christmas market! We often walked there and got the bus/taxi back to the hotel. If guests decline the daily room service they will received a 5 euro voucher per day to spend at the bar. There are secure lockers to leave luggage on your final day.
