Very nice hotel on a quiet side street, but very convenient to all Bruges has to offer. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. But there are plenty of places to eat within a five minute walk.

It’s a good hotel in a great location. Staff at the front desk were helpful albeit a little stretched at busy times so may need more staff to help them during peak periods. Overall a good stay, but I think it needs a few extra touches to claim its 4 star rating. The rooms are nice but you can hear absolutely everything through the door, walls and ceiling which leads to a very disruptive sleep. Also no robes in the room which would have been nice. No free bottle of water in room etc. These are extras for a standard hotel, but I’d expect to see them in a 4 star hotel.

Nous avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit, mais l'hôtel était magnifique. Le personnel très gentil. L'hôtel est bien placé et très bien décoré. Superbe odeur partout dans l'hôtel. Chambre très agréable, effet cocooning. Et le petit déjeuner buffet était excellent et très diversifié. diversifié.
