The road construction outside is terrible, but happily with the front desk's help switch to the opposite room. Very helpful service.

Hotel really new and clean, also with SPA. The room quite big and comfortable, close to brussel train station. But the outside street messy and some people look not friendly walk around there.

可以算得上四星级的酒店，房间宽敞且舒适。酒店的外表看起来平平，但走进去别有一番洞天。提供spa浴池，水蒸，干蒸和健身房，设施都很新很干净，服务人员也都很友善。地理位置靠近迷笛火车站，大约只有五分钟的路程，从酒店走到布鲁塞尔大广场约15-20分钟。唯一美中不足的是火车站附近属于不太好的区域有些脏乱。

房間很大，早餐非常豐盛，地點也很方便以徒步方式抵達大部份景點。

Nossa estadia foi tranquila, o hotel é ótimo, quarto limpo e próximo a estação de metrô. Fica localizado a 20 minutos de caminhada do Grand Place. Só me decepcionei com a sujeira e bagunça da cidade em si, fiquei com dó porque a região é ótima, mas está aparentemente largada.

Major construction in front of hotel and very difficult to get too

Property was very clean and close to everything. It was nice being able to drop off our bags before check in time.

Personnel très serviable et disponible

The stay was nice, but not without a few issues. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Our hand soap in the bathroom was empty and they do not offer face cloths/wash cloths. There is a bar but reception is responsible for it and does not have any mixers. If you want a rum and Coke you buy the rum and the Coke comes separately, so mixed cocktails don't exist. The hot tub was great, and the property itself is well maintained. Our air conditioner worked fairly well but not great. The tub was slooooowwww to fill but the hot water was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient to the Midi train, but is not super close to the main tourist areas of Brussels. We didn't have problems getting taxis or Ubers, but there is construction going on in front of the hotel so we had to walk a little ways to catch them. The area is highly mixed nationality and we were told it was safe, just look out for pick pockets. We didn't have any issues as we walked around.

家族３人での滞在でした。 中央駅からのアクセスは徒歩8分程で、舗装された道なので大きなトランクがあってもたどり着けました。 ただ、ホテルの前を大規模工事していて、車が殆ど通れない(人通りが少ない)ので、夜間女性1人での利用には注意が必要と感じました。 予約していたSuperior-Zimmerは、とても広くてジャグジー付きの浴槽があり、子供は大喜びでした。 ヨーロッパのホテルには珍しくアメニティも充実しており、室内もとても清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。 部屋の中は全体的に照明が少なく落ち着いた雰囲気です。 部屋も中庭に面した部屋、遮光カーテンだったので、とても静かでよく眠れました。 化粧品の入ったガラス瓶を落として割ってしまったので、フロントで掃除道具を借りようとしたものの｢他のスタッフも居ないし、掃除用具もどこにあるか分からないので自分で処理してくれ｣と言われてしまったのと、朝食時に、私たちが座れるようテーブルを片付けてくれた若い男性スタッフが、びしょ濡れの布巾でテーブルを拭き、私たちが紙ナプキンで拭き取らなければいけなかったのは少々残念でした。 朝食自体は種類もあり、良い1日のスタートが切れます。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも、きちんと鍵のかかる部屋に保管してくれるので安心でした。 ホテル内にウォーターサーバーがあったのもプラスポイントでした。
