The surrounding area outside the hotel needs serious improvement and is plagued by road/groundworks. However, the Mercure hotel was excellent. I cannot fault the staff as they were super helpful and accommodated my needs as a guest with disability needs. Highly recommend this hotel for disability access 👌.
We will be returning this summer.

Séjour bruxellois. Nous avons opté pour cet hôtel situé à quelques pas du centre de la capitale. Le quartier est actuellement en rénovation avec le prolongement du métro mais qui a eu aucune incidence sur la qualité de notre séjour.
Le personnel est très agréable et vous accueille 24h/24. Un petit coin lounge pour vous restaurer et siroter votre boisson favorite dans une ambiance cosy.
La chambre est spacieuse avec une bonne literie. Les équipements de la salle de bain sont les bienvenus (sèche cheveux, produits douche). Petit plus très appréciable : Toilette séparé.

Hotel bien situé par rapport à la gare.
Petit déjeuner bon et choix varié.
Hammam, jaccuzi et sauna agréables, mais l'escalier pour l'accès mériterait un petit rafraîchissement !
Restauration possible le soir mais on n'est pas sur de la bonne cuisine malheureusement (pizzas)

Instalações modernas, quarto amplo, cama confortável e bom chuveiro. Muito perto da estação de trem. Chegamos ao quarto e uma das janelas estava aberta. Apesar do andar alto, com certeza, entrava poeira da obra pública em frente ao hotel. Ficamos apenas uma diária no hotel para conhecer Bruxelas e não tomamos café da manhã nele. Recomendo para curtas estadias.

O hotel em si é bom! Café da manhã padrão Europa também era bom (repetitivo). Quarto amplo e limpo. Vista da sacada interna do hotel que é bonita. Sugiro as trocas das toalhas urgente, pois sempre deixavam algumas rasgadas. Outro ponto que não é culpa do hotel, é uma obra na avenida em frente, causando pequena sensação de insegurança. Pontos altos do hotel: perto da estação Bruxells-Midi facilitando a locomoção. Cerca de 1 km das principais atrações do centro histórico. Meu filho usou a academia, sauna e hidromassagem e disse que eram ótimos. Achei um ótimo custo-benefício! Voltaria com certeza.

現在南駅周辺は工事だらけで歩きにくい、駅からホテルも、ホテルから中心部も回り道で不便、さらに治安の悪さを感じる。
お勧めできない。
部屋は広いが古さを感じる、サービスはベーシックで最低限はできるが、フロントスタッフは新人バイトレベル
